From our own farm
Most of our meat comes from our own farm.
Most mountain restaurants order their meat from a wholesaler. We don't, at least not for the bulk of it. What lands in our pans comes largely from our own farm.
It doesn't always make daily life easier, but it does make it honest. We know where the meat came from, and when someone asks, we don't have to read a label.
